The purpose of work is establishment of the regularities of granulation of pyropowder with the lacquered method and development of the modes of receipt of gunpowder granules on their basis. Research method is a physical modeling of the process on the experimental setting. The study of the regularities of granulation of the gunpowder with the lacquer method is conducted, that consists in the water environment of the lacquered composition on the basis of nitrates of cellulose that answers composition of gunpowder, and moving away of solvent with a strippant from the got emulsion. Outdated gunpowder from munitions that are utilized, was used as the cellulose nitrate bases. Temperature and time and the hydrodynamic terms of formation of the powder granules, the structural, density and ballistics (rate of combustion) characteristics of the powder are set as a result of the research. Recommendations on the granulation process the powder with lacquer method were developed on the basis of obtained results.
