The aim of research is to develop scientific-methodological basis of adaptation of the national economy of Ukraine in the global imperatives socalizing shifts. The main tasks are: study of global processes and perspectives of social development, analysis of the current state of implementation of the social component in the national economy, development of priority areas and factors of forming socio-economic potential of Ukraine. Research methods: historical and logical, systematic approach and comprehensive analysis, analysis and synthesis, method of analogies, comparison, observation, abstraction, graphical interpretation, mathematical modeling, generalization. The results of the study are: the definition of measures for optimization of the process of integration of Ukraine into global economic space; development of recommendations on adjusting the strategy for socio-economic development of Ukraine; development of recommendations on optimization of national economic development policy of human resources. Novelty is confirmed by the research results in practical activities of public authorities and local governments, commercial and associative structures, participation in international, Ukrainian and regional scientific conferences. Selected recommendations and development embedded in the activities of public authorities and local governments, academic institutions, domestic and foreign companies. The results of research were implemented in the educational process – there are separate sections of lecture courses and updated educational-methodical complexes of disciplines "World economy", "global macroeconomic policy", "Human development", "Transformation economy and economic policy of the state", "State regulation of employment", "Regional economy", "Economic policy human resource management". The results can be used by legislative and Executive authorities, first of all: the committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Ministry of foreign Affairs, the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Dnipropetrovsk regional state administration, enterprises and institutions in determining farm adaptation of economic activity to . The field of application of the research results is in the sphere of national socio-economic policy of Ukraine. The results can be used in the development of the internal and foreign policy of Ukraine and normative-legal acts on these issues.
