As isochronous сусlotron U-240 is capable to accelerate protons to energy 75МеВ, and intensity internal beam of protons can reach 100 and more microampere, for an operating time of an interradionuclide strontium-82 nuclear reaction natRb (p, 4n) 82Sr, having the maximum integrated exit in this range energy is used. The strontium-82 operating time is carry out only in the USA (Los-Alamoskaja and National Laboratories of Bruchaven ), Canada (TRIUMPH - firm "Nordion"), in Southern Africa (laboratory Themba) and in Russia (INR the Academy of Sciences Russian with CNS of IFE). Strontium-82 use for train of generators short-life rubidium-82 which is applied to cardiological diagnostics with use pozitronno-emisionnoj tomographies (PEТ) and diagnostics of cancer diseases at an early stage. The main problem by working out of target the device and the target it is a problem of heat removal which precipitates out the absorbed beam. Complexity consists in working out of target such devices which can work in extremes requirements of thermal and radiating loadings in the restricted space of the accelerating chamber of the cyclotron and capable throughout all time of an irradiation (about several days) to maintain without fractures these loadings. For simplification of the solution of this problem always try to increase as much as possible an irradiation surface, thereby reducing the specific thermal emission. Design U-240 allows to apply two types of targets: the immobile and rotating targets. Experimental irradiation motionless target proton beams of the big intensity have shown, that there are different problems which restrict efficiency of an operating time radionuclide-82Sr. Therefore the rotating target that gives variety of advantages in comparison with a motionless target has been made. The irradiated surface considerably increases (in 10-15 time) and by that considerably reduces the specific thermal emission, time stay of separate sites of the case of the target under the influence of the powerful proton bunch is reduced (speed of rotation of the target in our installation to 40 rp/m.), that reduces probability of radiating destruction of the case. All these factors give the chance to irradiate the target with the direct bunch, not having losses in walls of the case of the target. The given variant of the rotating target has been developed for strontium-82 reception. Integrated tests of installation with the rotating target are spent, using new powerful radiants of pro- tons on cyclotron U-240. Experimental researches of technical characteristics of irradiation installation and parametres of the design of the rotating target have allowed to create installation which provides the longterm mediation of the target RbCl with the bunch of protons with intensity to 150 мкА and energy not less than 70 МеВ. Developed program control system maintenance, gives the chance for an experi- mental. operating time of strontium-82 on isochronous cyclotron У-240 for the train of generators short-life rubidium-82. Operating time of enough of strontium-82 for an estimation of its quality it has not been carried out because of insufficient volume of financing and essential increase in cost of the electric power. Reception of sufficient party radionuclide of strontium-82 is planned the next year.
