Research objective: study the syntactical unit, syntactical link, syntactical model, stylistically marked lexical units; describe lexicology, phraseology and lexicographic word-creation dynamical processes in the grammatical and metalinguistic aspects of the fundamental Ukrainian language category. The research objective is reached by applying the following complex methodology: Original interpretation modeling of certain grammatical notions; linguistic experiment; transformation; vocabulary definition analysis; contextual interpretation in the process of investigating language units functional potential in various functional styles. The research results in: elaborating fundamental syntactical category concepts: syntactical unit, syntactical link, syntactical model; analizing lexicographical building of the stylistically marked lexis in physical and electronic dictionaries; making structural and semantic analisis of the word-creation units with somatic component; analizing polysemantic lexis, its functional peculiarities and use. The results of a comprehensive study can be used in the middle and high schools programs as well as in writing academic textbooks for the preparation of elective courses, in the subsequent creation of dictionaries and their scientific study. The assumptions as regards the subject of the research is to study language syntax reliance on various aspects, on the most expressive features of writer's idiostyle, studying pragmatic and communicative aspect of the dramatic discourse.
