The aim of the project is optimization milling and heat treatment parameters of KC25 alloy with different initial phase-structure states - induction melted, Alloy I, and melt-spined, Alloy S - for achievement of anisotropic fine powders. Milling terms, phase content, morphology and magnetocrystallograthe green samples texture parameter, the composition and crystallographic parameters of the phases and microstructure of sintered samples were investigated by means of differential thermal, X-ray phase, x-ray energy dispersive analyses and electron microscopy. The Alloy I was milled with a frequency 200 and 300 rpm during 1 h and 500 and 600 rpm during 2 h. The Alloy S was milled with a frequency 100, 300 and 600 rpm during 12 h. The Alloy I powder particles are magnetically anisotropic. The anisotropy degree of the Alloy S powder particles decreases with increasing of a frequency. The milled Alloy I disproportionates in hydrogen under pressures 0.5-0.9 MPa and partially oxidize after HDDR. A vacuum treatment at up to 950 °C results in a sintering of the free powders. The construction and sketches of items of an aging chamber for obtaining of anisotropic particles of milled Alloy S were designed.
