Defined content filling concepts of "foreign trade sector", "importozalezhnist", "eksportooriyentovanist" in terms of economic development of modern Ukraine. Classified external and internal channels of impact on the foreign trade of Ukraine as a country with a high level of openness. Regulatory Mechanisms address the challenges of foreign trade in goods and services involving Ukraine. Scientific arguments provisions on the formation of national and regional sectoral priorities in Ukraine's foreign trade with a view to signing the Association Agreement with the EU. Conceptual bases of strengthening the role of Ukraine in the world markets for goods and services in terms of global and domestic imbalances. The results of research implemented in the educational process KNTEU and will be covered in the book and may be used by the authorities in the preparation of legislation to regulate foreign trade. Further development of the research object is to modernize and geospatial sectoral priorities of Ukraine's foreign trade sector, given the temporary loss of export potential in the east and Crimea.
