The object are processes the formation of agrophysical and water regimes of soil, plant weeds and crop productivity of rice crop rotation depending on technological measures of cultivation. The basic purpose is the development of complex organizational and technological activities in accordance of resource-saving methods of tillage, fertilizer dose and previous crops selection, and determining their influence on physical properties of soil, crop weediness, yield and quality of crops grain of rice crop rotation. Using methods: field for clarify the relationship of the object with the means of influence; visual for determine the phenological phases of growth and development of crops and weeds; quantitative for assessment of crops yield and weediness; laboratory for determining the soil fertility; settlement and comparative for the establishment of economic and energy efficiency of the factors that were studied; mathematical statistics for determine the reliability of the results. Theoretical and practical results: optimized process and crop rotation settings based on agro-ecological, economic indicators, proposed ways to improve the economic and bioenergetic efficiency of grain crops cultivation by replacing ploughing on disk tillage and system optimization of crops fertilization in rice crop rotation. The developed cultivation technology of rice crop rotation, provided the crops yield on level: winter wheat - 4.5 to 5.0 t/ha, rice - 8,0-8,5 t/ha, spring barley 4.2 to 4.6 t/ha, millet - 2.4-2.7 t/ha, soybeans - 3.5 to 3.7 t/ha, saving of energy and material sources (8-28 % on different cultures), labor costs and maintain soil fertility. The newness in the conditions of irrigation systems scientifically are substantiated methods of cultivation and fertilizer rice crop rotation crops based on the optimization agrophysical and agrochemical modes of meadow-chestnut soils for the first time. The effect of minimizing basic tillage and different mineral fertilizers doses on water-physical properties of the meadow-chestnut soils, its nutritional regime. Identified the nature of the processes of weeds phytocenosis formation in rice crops rotation in the absence of the plowing. It is proved that the replacement of plowing into shallow disk tillage does not change the soil density and stocks available soil moisture in the processed layer meadow-chestnut soils. Substantiated rational model reduction of resource and energy costs in rice crop rotation on the basis of reducing the depth of basic tillage and increasing the efficiency of nutrients of mineral fertilizers use. The degree of implementation is implementation of researches and development carried out in State Company Experimental farm of the Institute of rice NAAS on the area of 519 hectares during the 2012-2015.
