The purpose of the study - the results of studying collection samples highlighting genetic resources of economically valuable traits, their inclusion in selection process, creation a source breeding material and on its basis - high-performance varieties with high levels of adaptive capacity to adverse environmental factors. Research methods - field evaluation, hybridization, polikros, selection. As a result of studying collection samples of studied species, allocated valuable genetic sources on economically useful traits, including drought. Are held qualification examinations in a system of sort testing varieties Oracle (application number 12065001 from 10.12.2012 g.), Scythian (application number 14633001 from 05.11.2014 g.) and Globinskiy (application number 15532001 from 10.28.2015 g.). Created varieties will be introduced in specialized seed- agricultural formations based on license agreements after their entry into the State Register of plant varieties of Ukraine. Certified seed will be used for the needs of field and meadow fodder production, to increase forage productivity under forest steppes of Ukraine.
