The aim of the research is the scientific substantiating of the formation photosynthetic and symbiotic apparatuses and performance of different types of perennial legumes in growing for fodder purposes. The object of research - processes of growth, development, formation and symbiotic photosynthetic apparatuses of legume grasses, productivity of alfalfa, clover, sainfoin depending on the biological seed treatment and foliar feeding preparations. Research work was carried out using methods that are widely disseminated on international practice and meet the requirements of ISO, as well as using methods of the Institute feeds and agriculture of Podillya NAAS on conducting field and laboratory researches in forage production which are accompanied by agrochemical, agrophysical, biochemical studies using statistical and comparative computational methods. Established that through the use of pre-treatment of seed bacterial drugs and top dressing fertilizer on the background, parameters of photosynthetic capacity in legume grasses amounted 1,9-3,1 ml. M2 / days / ha nitrogen fixation level -161-184 kg / ha, yield of green mass 33,0-38,4 t / ha dry matter yield 6,2-7,9 t / ha crude protein 1.5-1.8 t / ha. Scientific novelty of this work is that there weas found an effect of pre-seeding processing of seed bacterial drugs and foliar feeding on the formation of the surface assimilation, symbiotic apparatus of alfalfa, clover, sandy sainfoin and their performance in forest-steppe Right Bank. Carried out an economic and biology evaluation. The practical value of the results of work consists in the development of resource-saving technologies of cultivation of legume grasses and implementation in the agricultural enterprises of different ownership forms at right bank area of Forest Steppe.
