Researches were conducted using methodological approaches that are used in international practice and meet the requirements of ISO, including the following methods: visual and measuring-weight, laboratory chemical, mathematical and statistical. Was improved a system of radical improvement of long ago seeded and degenerated grasslands which in comparison with surface improvement requires an additional energy and material (in 1,1-1,6 times) subsidies, but in natural moistening of right-bank forest-steppe guarantee provides increase in the yield of green mass from feed area 8,9-12,5 to 20,9-32,8 t / ha of fodder units of 1,4-1,9 3,8-6,2 to t / ha, the total live weight of cattle increase with its consumption - 618-1255 kg / ha. Was tested an agricultural reception of accelerated formation of economically valuable meadow herbage forage on degraded lands and improving the technology of degenerated surface of forage lands on the Right Bank of forest-steppe, based on the use of the herbicide which is called Dialen Super 464 SL (0,7 l / ha) for destroying dicotyledonous weeds, cross manner sowing of lucerne sown cereal mixture (no-till seeding), annual fertilizer in autumn (R60K90) and retail nitrogen fertilization (N90).
