The purpose of the work - development and testing of the offered system of primary seed rape varieties breeding of high level of oleic and erucic acid types that will ensure the maintenance of variety indicator at an appropriate level and manufacture the required number of high-quality seeds. Research method - individual-family selection, biochemical-analytical. As a result of research performed in 2011-2015, the system of primary seed rape varieties breeding of high level of oleic and erucic acid types was offered that provides a three-year scheme of reproduction of elite seeds. In the course of work the laboratory evaluation of seed 2200 parent plants and 207 families was conducted according to economically valuable and biochemical characteristics and maximum deviation was determined. The study of the inheritance of quality indicators showed oleic and erucic acid contrent reduction and glucosinolates content increase during reproduction of these seed varieties. According to the research, the basic parameters of individual family selection are determined and efficiency of the selection according to established parameters is confirmed to maintain quality indicators on the correspondent variety level. The offered system of the primary seed rape varieties breeding allows to maintain quality indicators within: oleic acid content - 75 ? 77 %; erucic acid content - 55 ? 58%; glucosinolates content - 13 ? 19 mm / h. There were reduced selections of parent plants in 2.5 times and the cost of carrying out biochemical evaluation of seeds in 2.4 times. 4.68 tonnes of these original types of seed varieties with the appropriate quality indicators were manufactured.
