Purpose - to study the effect of abiotic factors on the performance of the natural resistance of the organism Hutsul breed horses to develop measures aimed at increasing natural resistance, reproductive function and disability horses, and the preservation and improvement of Hutsul breed horses (final stage). Research Methods - physiological, biochemical, according to generally accepted zootechnical methods. Stage: To study the influence of abiotic factors on the natural resistance of horses Hutsul breed. Research Results: Our studies show that in the summer the highest rates of natural resistance, both humoral and cell types characteristic of Hutsul horses kept in traditional subsistence farming. This lizotsymna bactericidal activity and serum of horses breeding farms (OOO "It") were relatively low (BASK at 11.41% and 2.78% and 8.74% for LASK and 4.32% lower than private households tradytsyonyh and NPP "Hutsulshchyna" respectively). In the autumn and winter periods while reducing the tendency BASK representatives in free-range systems maintenance (3% and 12% respectively). Spring decline of this indicator was sharp, especially in horses kept with other domestic animals - 32%. LASK analysis shows that the percentage utilization Micrococcus lisodecticus autumn and winter increased in comparison with summer rates (1-2% fall and winter 6,4-9,8%), while the spring rates were the lowest of all recorded. For animals of all experimental groups characterized by high rates of completion phagocytosis index (IZF), but the highest they have been in horses that were almost around the clock outdoors. The analysis of indicators obtained in the study of influence of abiotic factors on the performance of the natural resistance of the organism Hutsul horse breed, developed a set of measures aimed at increasing natural resistance, reproductive function and disability horses. In the reporting period, also continued the development of a database of DNA Hutsul breed horses.
