Significant amounts of water in deep need of energy mitigation because costs in this field is quite significant. The effective mitigation techniques and new reagents for their intensification can significantly increase process efficiency, reduce the volume of waste and overall costs. New reagents obtained with much simpler technology and completely from domestic raw materials, not conceding at the same time, the efficiency of the best foreign models. One of the most critical problems is the regeneration of ion exchange resins regeneration and recycling solutions. The original regeneration methods using salt solutions can not only ensure long life ion-exchange resin filters, but regeneration solutions to process into useful secondary materials. At the same time regenerative solutions used in a closed loop and is not discharged into the environment. Also developed methods of processing concentrates produced during the preparation of water reverse osmosis membranes methods. This initial products are alkalis, acids or salts, which are used in the purification of water. It is also possible to obtain them based reagents for water disinfection. Effective solutions and proposals can be considered water treatment reagent prior to reverse osmosis membranes settings. The implementation of such proposals allowing up to 90 - 95% increase in output permiatu simultaneous decline in concentrates, which are recyclable or recycled. Significantly reduced cost reverse osmosis membranes water treatment. Wastes generated during this process, it is proposed to use for building materials. Development of magnetic sorbents, highly selective sorbents based on magnetite and ion exchange resins allow to protect surface waters from discharges of toxic substances contained in the circulating water in microscopic concentrations in the discharges of large volumes. Today the problem is not solved, not only in Ukraine but also in the world. So development in this direction is relevant and in demand. Promising is the development of processes and water treatment, sludge dewatering and separation of liquids that do not mix, based on materials with capillary properties. Compact, without additional sources of power consumption, high performance, they can solve problems in a wide range of industries and in protecting the environment. Water purification processes developed on the basis of a new type of membrane - cellulose, can significantly reduce the cost of technology of deep water purification equipment to increase productivity and establish domestic production of such membranes.
