Futhermore ways of adapting and enhancing the current civil, labor law, social security law provisions were suggested. There were examined in detail the concepts of private property, principles of insurance and particularly principle of subrogation. The problems of legal regulation of social insurance in Ukraine were analized and recommendations concerning these issues were considered. In addition, it was designated the expediency of establishing the definition of "novation" of employment contract terms, also the author's definition was given. Regarding the concept of social risk some attempts to form the concept of pension risks were made.
