Description

The above problems are not found adequate coverage in the national historical science. In this regard, particular research focuses on the study of archaeological monuments in the Chernivtsi region of Ukraine. Further development of acquired research on the history of the Middle Ages, in particular, the characteristics of Christian monks in the early Middle Ages. Late medieval and modern periods relating to research the history of the Orthodox Church in Bukovina, which also only briefly covered in the national historiography. In the field of ethnographic research were collected field data that formed the basis for the development of folk rites problems multiethnic population of Bukovina. Obtained research results significantly complement the existing historical, archaeological, ethnographic developments are the basis for writing and publishing articles, books, teaching aids, lectures, and also have practical implications for teaching and research with students.
