The technological conditions of synthesis and growth of single crystals of complex compounds, solid solutions and eutectic alloys are developed, the dependence structure - type of formation - synthesis - properties are investigated. It is shown that the ternary chalcogen-galogenides by their optical parameters can be used as optical filters, and complex chalcogenides - as thermoelectric materials.
