Development of radiosurgery procedures in this type of pathology through introduction of a new technique - radiosurgical irradiation, that includes a combination of irradiation with intensity modulation and confermal modulation rotation. Indications and contrandications for using of radiosurgery are refined. Statistic and prognostic factors, responding on answer tumors on radiosurgery treatment have been developed, also methods for treaatment of possible complications has been developed. Methods of combined radiosurgical and microsurgical intervetions has been improved. Indications and contrandications had been refined. Based on the analysis of systematization and given resulats of investigations, optimal diagnostical and treatmant protocol has been created, that is aimed on improving treatment plan and on preventions of complications among patients with craniobasal located tumors.
