Purpose - to improve treatment outcomes for patients with occlusive-stenotic lesions of carotid arteries in patients with underlying occlusive-stenotic lesions in coronary arteries, by selecting the optimum method of diagnosing and determining cardiovascular risk factors. Methods: clinical and neurological, UZDG, DCA, CT coronary angiography CT-brain/ Equipment: Doppler "Sonolline G50" ("Simens", Germany), angiograph company (Toshiba, Japan), multislice CT (128-slice, Toshiba, Japan). Results: established diagnostic algorithm allows to detect and study the risk factors for each patient and build on the basis of the data treatment strategy, the choice of method and phasing surgery which allows to reduce the risk of cardiovascular complications in patients with occlusive-stenotic lesions of carotid arteries with underlying occlusive-stenotic coronary arteries.
