It was shown, that product possesses the marked antimicrobial action to the test- strains Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923 F-49, Pseudomonas aeruginosa 415, Escherichia coli 055 K59912 / 4, Candida albicans ATCC 885 -653. The "artificial tears" preparation was developed in the form of eye drops with lysozyme incorporated in dextran and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
