The object of study: children with chronic gastroduodenal pathology, chronical disorders of hepatobiliary system, atopic dermatitis and bronchial asthma. Purpose - to improve and optimize early diagnosis, treatment and prevention of metabolic disorders in children with somatic pathology in Ternopil region ecosocial conditions through integrated clinical laboratory and instrumental examination. It is proved that infection with Epstein-Barr virus and cytomegalovirus children contributes to the development of gastroduodenal pathology, its chronization and progression. It is noted that in children with hepatobiliary and gastroduodenal pathology there is a high frequency of associated parasitic infestations (giardiasis, ascariasis, enterobiosis, Trichuriasis, toxocarosis, echinococcosis, strongyloidosis, opisthorchiasis). Established that the infection with parasites effect on the course of gastroduodenal and hepatobiliary pathology. Changes that were detected by the subpopulation of lymphocytes, cytokine shifts in system of children with gastroduodenal and hepatobiliary pathology, were correlated with the severity of infection with parasites. Developed prognostic and diagnostic table for children with chronic gastroduodenal and hepatobiliary pathology to predict concomitant parasitic infection by studying clinical, paraclinical and immunological parameters. It was investigated the positive impact of Latsydofil on the regeneration of the mucous membrane of the stomach and the level of eradication in the complex therapy of children with gastroduodenal diseases destructive. For preclinical diagnosis of metabolic bone disorders in children with hepatobiliary pathology was developed diagnostic table. On the basis of life history, the results of clinical and laboratory examination, densitometric was calculated the most informative preclinical diagnostic criteria regarding osteoporosis. It was investigated the clinical course of asthma in children with comparative characteristic psychological personality type, condition their emotional stability and personal anxiety. The hypothesis of cardiac abnormalities in patients with asthma was further developed, investigated the relationship of these disorders with acute hypoxic changes that subsequently causes development of secondary myocardiodystrophy. Improved the assessment of the state of cellular and humoral immunity depending on the age structure of patients and the severity of bronchial obstruction syndrome. For the first time in the practice of allergy is proved that application of "Ksenoderm" in the treatment of atopic dermatitis in children significantly increases its clinical efficacy. "Ksenoderm" had positive effect on the opposite dynamics leading clinical syndromes normalize humoral and cellular immunity. Studied the peculiarities of atopic dermatitis depending on the severity of different ages in children today. Methods of research of - clinical (complaints and medical history, physical examination); general laboratory (blood count, Biochemical analysis of blood, general urine analysis); immunological (IL-8, IL-10, endothelin-1, IgA, IgM, IgG, CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 +, CD16 +, CD22+); instrumental (ultrasound of the abdomen, pH meters, ultrasonography). The results of research implemented in pulmonology and ll pediatric department of the Ternopil Regional Clinical municipal hospital.
