Structural changes of kidneys in experimental cancerogenesis, are characterized by microcirculatory alterations in renal corpuscle and peritubular network, destructive changes of epithelial cells in proximal and distal tubules adversely affect phase character of urine formation. In chemically induced colon adenocarcinoma with cytostatic therapy application were revealed dysfunction progression of nonspecific cellular immune factors, further activation of a humoral immunity with active allergization development and CIC accumulation, hyperproduction of pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines Il-1?, Il-4, Il-6, Il-10, TNF? and significant decreases in Il-2 concentration; increased apoptosis and necrosis activities of CD-3 lymphocytes; pronounced accumulation of lipid peroxidation products and manifestations increased endotoxemia; aggravation of imbalance and enzymatic and glutathione-dependent links of antioxidant system. Chemically induced cancerogenesis and application of cytostatic therapy lead to failure of structural kidney's features in experimental animals. Using of enterosorbent "Carboline" leads to significant decreasing of endotoxicosis, inhibition of prooxidative processes, reduction of functional activity of antioxidant protection links, normalization of kidney's functional state. It was established positive effect of enterosorbtion on state of cell-mediated and humoral immunity. Using enterosorbent "Carboline" for correction of chronic action DMG and components of chemotherapy reduce degree of morphological disturbances of structural kidney's features in experimental animals.
