It was diagnosed that in preschool children iron-deficiency anemia was combined with diselementosis and significant deficiency of D3+, CD8+, CD4+ and CD16+. It was founded that catalase activity and ceruloplasmin level were increased . The algorythm of diselementosis diagnostics in the case of iron-deficiency anemia w as depeloped. The treatment scheme with additionally prescribed complex microelemental drug was proposed and implemented for anemic children. This scheme showed clinical syndromes satisfactory improvement, diselementosis signs regression and systemic immunity indexes normalization.
