Designed and tested method - a set of algorithms for finding sonar data and a survey of mud volcanoes of shallow water areas of the Azov-Black Sea basin using the method of simulation modeling - a method of research, where the system under study is replaced by the model accurately describes the real system. Through this simulation audited sonar equipment and techniques in the simulation models the bottom, close to the real conditions of mud volcanoes fluid-magmatic systems of the Kerch-Taman mud volcanic province. The advanced proprietary hardware and devepoled sonar information processing techniques are modern, powerful search tools, and new research with a high resolution has found the mud volcanoes of the Kerch-Taman mud volcanic province.5481
