It was found that using the proteins having haemagglutinating activity (lectins) when growing alfalfa plants improved seed germination and formation of the symbiosis between alfalfa and nodule bacteria under insufficient water supply as well as increased the yield of plant green mass during the first and second year of vegetation. Studying the changes in the composition of the main groups of biochemical compounds in soybean roots under formation of the symbiotic systems with differences in efficacy in case of the application of different doses of mineral nitrogen revealed the activation of synthesis of both monosaccharides and oligosaccharides. It was shown that the dose of introduced mineral nitrogen determined the possibility of the development of symbiotic structures and increased the nodule mass and the amount of dissolved protein in nodules. The Tn5 mutants of soybean nodule bacteria and isolates of alfalfa nodule bacteria selected for resistance to high doses of mineral nitrogen in case of microorganism cultivation in pure culture were obtained. They are able to active symbiotic nitrogen fixation at 1,0 norm of mineral nitrogen. It was shown that the isolates RP9, RP13 from the rhizosphere of pea and RS10, F1, A20 from the rhizosphere of soybean had not any antagonistic effect on soybean nodule bacteria and exuded a rage of substances possessing auxin-like and cytokinin-like activity into the environment in different proportions. It was established that using the complex inoculants improved the formation of the rhizobium-soybean symbiosis which had a high level of realization of both symbiotic and productive potential as compared to rhizobia monoculture. However the vector of their action is determined by components.
