The aim of the study was determination of course of GERD combined wtih disfunction of gallbladder and disfunction of the sphincter of Oddi, and development of methods of increase of efficiency of therapeutic treatment of this pathology. Research methods are clinical, instrumental, biochemical, functional, imuune, morphological, statistical. It was established, that 85.0 % patients had co-morbid pathology as disfunction of gallbladder and the sphincter of Oddi. They had mainly hypokinetic and hypotonic disfunction with reduction almost twice of time of evacuation and reduction of faction of extrass. Hyperkinetic disfunctions found out at one third of patients and associated with the decline of concentration of glycocholic acid in hepatic portion of bile. Hyperkinetic disfunctions were found out at one third of patientsand associated with the decline of concentration of glycocholic acid in hepatic bile portion. The presence of disfunction of bile ducts makes the course of GERD heavier, which was confirmed рН-monitoring data. It was established that weak gastric motility increased histological signs of esophagitis. Hyperplasia of baseline layer of epidermis was revealed in 62.5 % patients.
