The aim of this work is to develop an effective model of implementation of European standards in the field of providing educational services in the national legal system of Ukraine. Theoretical and methodological basis of research is the system of philosophical, general scientific and special legal techniques. Scientific novelty of the study lies in the detailed definition of the main functional elements and directions of implementation of European educational standards to the modern model of higher education in Ukraine, improvement of methodological approaches to the definition of modern trends in the provision of European standards in the field of provision of educational services in Ukraine. The practical significance of the research is to provide practical advice on the methods of determining effects of implementation of European educational standards to the national legal system of Ukraine and the establishment of optimum ways of improving the legal mechanism of ensuring the European standards in the provision of educational services in Ukraine. Formulated in the research findings, regulations and suggestions may be used: in research and legislative work, in the educational process.
