The product has been tested for disposal of two types food waste: 1) multi-component food waste containing plant and animal polymers and oils; 2) liquid waste of juice production with low pH. Technological modes for product application in laboratory fermenter were developed for both types of waste. Key engineering and technological parameters of the hydrogen synthesis from solid food waste were optimized.
