Research methods - epizootological, parasitological, microbiological, molecular-genetical, statistical. Research epizootic situation in 2015 year in the apiaries of different regions of Ukraine found that the proportion of parasitic diseases (varroosis, nosemosis) averaged 69.33 %, and was significantly more than of the infections (30.67 %). The share of the varroosis was 41.47 %, of the nosemosis - 27.86 %, of the foulbrood - 16.85 %, of fungal infections - 7.34 %, of the virosis - 6.48 %. It is developed regulation of making and methodic of carrying out of commission tests of the preparation "Bilarv", in the complement of which part are Paenibacillus larvae 1208, Melisococcus pluton 17/06 in an amount 4.5 milliards./microbial cells and a polypeptide substance is 0,01g/sm3 nutrient medium for inactivity microorganisms. It was established that the preparation is completely inactivated, harmless to bees and promotes the secretion of antimicrobial proteins in nurse bees and non-specific protective properties of the organism larvae and adults. In the inter-laboratory and industrial conditions revealed that preparations based on organic acids "Varacid" and "Oxalvar" is harmless to bees and have acaricidal efficacy (97-98)%. Improved the system of diagnostics and monitoring epizootic bacterial and parasitic of bee diseases components are: certification apiaries; routine inspection of bee colonies and selected pathological material of 10 % apiaries; early diagnosis for clinical signs of disease; indication and identification of pathogens; pathology laboratory differential diagnosis of adult bees and brood; detect the genetic material of viruses bees using molecular genetic methods; determination of non-specific resistance of the organism to bee pathogens; controlling populations emergence of pathogens resistant to veterinary preparations; use strict procedures and timing of preventive and therapeutic measures for anticipation of the spread of pathogens of bees.
