Purpose of study - to develop of the associative vaccine against porcine parvovirus infection, pasteurellosis and actinobacillosis for systematic application in industrial pig-holdings. Methods of study - epizootiological, virological, bacteriological, serological, statistical. The technology of production of inactivated vaccine against porcine parvovirus infection, pasteurellosis and actinobacillosis for systematic application in industrial pig-holdings was developed. The mode of inactivation of viral and bacterial vaccine components was established. Complete inactivation of the infectious porcine parvovirus with activity 7,3 lg TCID50/0,2сm3 was resulted when using ethylenimin compound in final concentration of 0.08% for the incubation temperature of 35.0 0C to 39.0 0C for 22 hours. Complete inactivation of Actinobacillus pleuropneumonia occurred when a formalin at a concentration of 0.2% and for Pasteurella multocida - at a concentration of 0.3% at 37 0C was added. Two experimental series of the inactivated vaccine against porcine parvovirus infection, pasteurellosis and actinobacillosis for systematic application in industrial pig-holdings was manufactured. According to the obtained results of clinical trials the experimental vaccine was established as harmless and active for animals protection up to 70% as an oil-adjuvanted drud and 80% as an Aerosyl-adjuvanted drug.
