O.S.Kolomiychenko popup.description2 Experimental studies conducted on 113 guinea pigs, which are divided into 3 blocks depending on the input of neural stem cells (intratympanic, intraperitoneal and intramuscular) against the background of artificially simulated aminoglycoside ototoxicity. Neural stem cells injected animals on the 1st, 8th and 15th day of the experiment on the background aminoglycoside ototoxicity (100 mg / kg) for 14 days. At the beginning and end of the experiment all animals performed functional studies (DPOAE, ABR) inner ear. Control served as guinea pigs, which were administered by the same routes saline. Revealed that 14 single administration of gentamicin sulfate guinea pigs is a violation architectonics inner ear, which was confirmed by the DPOAE and ABR. Injection of the NSC on the first day, regardless of the input, aminoglycoside completely prevented the development ototoxicity. The introduction of the NSC on the 8-th and 15-th day aminoglycoside ototoxicity no effect on the regeneration of structures curls. Thus, the results indicate the feasibility of continuing research in the direction as proof of therapeutic action at the NSC behold toxicity in guinea pigs, and the search for new ways of introducing the NSC.
