In the quiet areas of a Sun, mainly, turbulent processes that is described by the model by Kolmogorov (izotropic turbulent processes) take place. In some moments of time there are also turbulent processes by Iroshnikov-Kraichnan type (anisotropic turbulent processes, conditioned by a not zero mean magnetic field) on large scales . A transition takes place on the scales of of mezogranulation. 2. At crossing of shock wave intensity of fluctuations not only increases, but a structure changes also. Amplitude of fluctuations in magnetic area in several times exceeds amplitude of fluctuations in unindignant solar wind. 3. Turbulent processes in plasma of solar wind are near to the model by Iroshnikov-Kraichnan, and in the middle of magnetic area described by izotropic Loghpuasson's factorable model.
