The terms of going through the basic phenological phases of fruit trees development of 12 apple varieties and 10 pear varieties had been established and the basic stages of their morphogenesis had been defined. The sums of the active temperatures, necessary for the varieties of different origin for going through the basic phases of development and fruit ripening and timely completion of the growing processes had been established. The observations on the phyto sanitary sate of the plantings of apples and pears had been conducted. In the result of the study of variety- graft combinations of pear there had been defined the essential graft influence on the biometric indicators of growth, laying the generative buds and productivity.
