In the nursery garden А1 the assessment of the fixation of heterosis effect had been made, and in the nursery garden А2 – on the constancy, changeability, and heredity. The selection material had been estimated on the resistance to diseases. The valuable samples of apomicts had been selected; computer database of the given sources of the valuable household tobacco characteristics had been added. The working collection of tobacco for the use in the selection process according to productivity and their components, which consists of 86 samples, 7 of which are sorts-apomicts had been submitted for the register.
