The aim of the study - education prospects of using carbon materials (diamond-like carbon nanotubes), as a carrier of anticancer drugs for targeted delivery of drugs using multicellular tumor spheroid model. Research methods - methods of cell culture, cyto-morphological, MTT assay, Griess reaction, colorimetric spectroscopy. The study determined that we tested carbon nanomaterials were characterized by low cytotoxic effect (oxides), a negligible effect on the ability of cells to divide (mitotic index) and does not affect the formation of exogenous nitric oxide. In addition, we found an opportunity with the help of the UDD and BHT to stimulate the formation of multicellular tumor spheroids. Therefore, we suggest that these substances are promising for use as a biologically inert basis for drug delivery and placement of anti-tumor specific antibodies.
