It is shown that due to the Sarmatia rotations, which occurred during the collision, led to the fact that about 1.8 Ga the Ukrainian Shield (USh) acquired sublatitudinal orientation close to the present. At the same time an orthogonal fault zone system formed within the USh .This stress field had led to AMCG magmatism, development of dike series and formation in the western part of the USh anorthosite plutons gabbro-rapakivi and revitalize older fault systems. A palinspastic reconstruction of a balanced section of the Ukrainian Carpathians made it possible to restore the original dimensions of the sedimentation basin and to estimate some spatial and temporal parameters of the formation of Ukrainian sector of the Outer Carpathians. On the basis of new data on the age flish rocks a structural and geological map of the eastern part of the Mountain Crimea. Also, to clarify morphology of the geological structures geological sections were developed. A new method of lithosphere thermal modeling is proposed. It is based on the physical mechanisms that control a steady state of the whole mantle convection. This method results in solutions that describe the geotherm which is really steady-state with uncertainty of the crustal heat production affecting only weakly the deeper part of the lithosphere geotherms. Under the current potential temperature the lithosphere bottom occurs at a "rheological" depth of 50-70 km. In continental the mantle convection reaches the bottom of the depleted layer of the lithosphere.
