The report identifies the frequency, peculiarities of clinical and hematological manifestations and course, morphological characteristics, immunophenotype features of tumor substrate. The report also defines the risk groups according to International Prognostic Index and analyzes immediate treatment results, and event-free and overall survival of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, in main variants of indolent NHL and in NHL in children with chromosomal instability syndrome.The analysis of cytogenetic aberrations has been conducted in 119 patients. Diagnostic and prognostic significance has been proven for the differentiation of indolent NHL results of cytogenetic research. The paper outlines the changes of ТGF?1 level in blood plasma in 106 patients with NHL and its secretion of MCPB that can serve as important indicators in predicting the course of the disease.
