Research methods - the research was carried out on the basis of methodological approaches that are used in agriculture, horticulture and animal husbandry. Theoretical results - improved scientific and institutional framework for the implementation of the transfer of innovations in the industry and the protection of land in the direction of increase of their efficiency in terms of production implementation. Practical results - generated information database of the market of high technology products in various branches of agricultural production in the East of Ukraine. Carried out pilot implementation on research support completed 18 of scientific research, the analysis of the effectiveness of their implementation and entered in the information database scientific support transfer of innovative developments on the agricultural market of Luhansk region. Novelty - improved scientific and organizational framework for the implementation of innovation transfer in accordance with climatic regions and cropping patterns of the Luhansk region, created a database of innovations to accelerate their implementation. The effectiveness of the implementation - the implementation of innovations and high technology products in the agricultural enterprises of the Lugansk region will ensure the production of 0.9-1.0 million tons of grain, 0.3 million tons of sunflower seeds and other food products, will contribute to the expansion of export opportunities of the region and rural development.
