The purpose of research - scientific substantiation of rational allocation and deeper specialization of plant growing in the natural-economic areas of the country; development of recommendations for the rational distribution of agricultural production, depending on the quality of the soil and the establishment of zonal soil-climatic and ecological limitations of organic production in Ukraine. Theoretical and practical results - main provisions, criteria and algorithm typology of land by their degree suitability for organic production. The basis of the method of typology on degrees favorability to organic production is the allocation of land types through a combination of agro-climatic requirements of the main agricultural crops the spatial distribution of natural soil combinations with inherent ecological conditions of formation, and the risk of product contamination from remote sources of emissions of potentially hazardous substances.
