Purpose - to develop information and methodological scientific basis for determining the ecological state of soils and plants of agricultural landscapes on the content of heavy metals, which are in different conditions of anthropogenic pressure within the territorial arrangement of the Luhansk region with the aim of obtaining high-quality and safe crop production in the South-Eastern industrial region. Research methods - agro-ecological, analytical, and mathematical field. The theoretical results the methodology of ecological monitoring of agricultural lands in terms of soil pollution and their potential of fertility relatively effective use of farmland under conditions of increased anthropogenic pressure, which contains methodical approaches for ecological-agrochemical monitoring (monitoring of soil fertility and the control of the ecological state of the black earth on soil indicators, heavy metals, radionuclides and pesticide residues) and the monitoring of water-erosive processes (rainfall, potential water availability and mean annual soil loss), and the conduct of the studies. Practical results - developed a database of heavy metals in soils on elements of the agricultural landscape in the zones of influence of industrial enterprises of the Luhansk region and the database of heavy metal content in agricultural crops. Designed maps the suitability of agricultural land for growing quality plant products on the example of Luhansk region. The novelty - for the first time with the scientific approach carried out monitoring of the ecological state of agrocoenosis in South-Eastern region of Ukraine with the aim of growing ecologically clean products. The effectiveness of the implementation of the economic effect from the production of environmentally friendly crop production is 1.6 thousand UAH/ha. Application area is agriculture.
