Elaborate the theoretical basis of ecological regulation heavy metal content in soils as a scientific and innovation framework for the management of elemental composition and quality of the soil-plant system

Objects of research - soil contaminated by heavy metals and their unpolluted counterparts plants; soil processes and modes; techniques and methods for the determination of elemental composition and quality of the soil-plant system, of monitoring and the using of technologically contaminated soils; Quality Management System (principles of structure and function) and their components. Purpose of the investigation- to elaborate management system of elemental composition and quality of the soil and plants. Research Methods - universal scientific methods, the methods of theoretical analysis (structural-functional, systematic approach, computational and analytical methods, statistical and comparative methods, field-stationary experiments and research, modeling, laboratory and cameral work synthesis of information. Results: Management System of elemental composition and quality of the soil and plants (project, scientific publication), includes: a) the scientific and methodological support for diagnosis, evaluation and prediction of the HM and trace elements (TE) content in soil-plant system; b) the theoretical foundations of environmental regulation of HM content in soils and regulate the impact of pollution on the quality of soil, plant through the elaboration of methodology of environmental regulation and regulation of HM content and of its pollution effects on soil quality, plant; c) scientific and methodological support for environmental rehabilitation of technologically contaminated soils; d) conceptual approaches of technologically contaminated soils using, provided as a separate document "The concept of technogenic contaminated soils using" (project, scientific publication); d) normative-methodical maintenance of soil quality and conservation; technogenic pollution of soils, their survey and using; the general provisions of the assessment of anthropogenic load on soil; determination of mobile compounds of HM in the soils, as a set of regulatory and procedural documents; e) patent-information management software elemental composition and quality of soils under background conditions and HM man-made pollution, which includes 11 patent and innovation for the diagnosis, assessment, forecasting the status of chemical elements in soil-plant system, normalization of quality of soils of different genesis and remediation of technogenic contaminated soil. Annexes of scientific publications are given projects of standards: The methodology of environmental regulation of heavy metals and regulate the impact of pollution on the quality of soil, plants; Methods of technogenic environmental remediation of contaminated soils; Management system of elemental composition and quality of the soil and plants. The Management system is a scientific component for the development of common methodologies and practices of integrated soil management, investigation plans for their use, the elaboration of a technique of formation and implementation of integrated land-use projects in the contaminated areas, and the potential risk of pollution, as well as the development of regulatory and guidance documents, to provide its implementation. It ensures the elaboration of an efficient system of ecological stabilization measures to protect soil from degradation, development and implementation of practical activities of environmental regulations for the implementation and further development of Ukrainian legislation in the field of soil quality, and protect soil from pollution, the rational use of soil resources. Management of elemental composition and quality of the soil-plant system is the basis for ensuring the quality of agricultural products, food and food security. Novelty: scientific and technical result of the assignment of research is to obtain new knowledges, providing scientific and methodological basis for the background, industrial and scientific monitoring of different genesis soils and content HM and TE; remediation and playback features, environmental and productive functions and regulate the use of technologically HM contaminated soil, environmental regulation of soil quality of different genesis and their management. The results of the researches are protected by patents, implemented in the practice of organizations and services of Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine, Ministry of Economic Development of Ukraine, UFFI State Agency of Information and Science of Ukraine; Departments of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration; farms of different ownership; included in the program of studying of natural science disciplines and training of environmental trends of Universities in Ukraine.
