Purpose - to develop normative indicators of soil fertility and fertilizer optimal norms for plant products of high quality in zones: Polissya, Transcarpathia, Fonest-Steppe, steppe. Research methods - mathematical and statistical processing of quality products relational database esfield experiments with fertilizers.Results: the dependence of product quality on the type of soil and its fertility was determined; there were developed normative indicators of soil fertility and fertilizer optimal norms to improve the quality of production of the main crops (wheat, barley, corn, sunflowers, sugar beets, potatoes, etc.) on basic soils of Ukraine according to field experiments with fertilizers; an information database of standard indicators of improving product quality; was created guidance to improve product quality crops in Ukraine was prepared (of regulatory information). Treatment of experimental data was performed using the methods of statistical analysis application package STATISTICA 10 and Visual FoxPro 9. Novelty - no analogues. Databases were developed by different soil and climatic zones regulatory performance quality improvements were implemented in agricultural production in areas of Polisye and Forest-Steppe and approved in farms of the Steppe zone.
