Purpose of work - to perfect the theory of the phosphatic and potassium states of soils of different cenosis and to develop theoretical bases of fertility evolution of soils of Ukraine relating to the macronutrients of plants nutrition. Methods of researches - the field, microfield and vegetation experiments, statistical analysis of the got data, analysis and generalization of literary and fund materials, as well as informative database. Theoretical and practical results are the advanced theory of evolution of phosphate and potash systems of soils as open thermodynamics systems. Improved basis for the use of technologies in the conditions of Ukraine on the basis of the conception of "precision agriculture". The prognostic of phosphorus and potassium available compounds content in soils of Ukraine is developed . Got mathematical models, allowing to forecast an orientation and dynamics of soils fertility. The novelty consists in the use of the most accurate thermodynamics approach in the study of processes of evolution of soils fertility. Efficiency is an increasing of efficiency of fertilizers use on 25-30% due to the improvement of methodology of soil diagnostics and crop fertilization systems.
