The purpose of the research - to evaluate ecological and energy status of soils under the agrogenic impact with different intensity, to substantiate theoretically and technologically a methods of management of soil humus transformation, which will contribute to carbon sequestration. Methods of the research - field and vegetation experiments, laboratory and analytical methods. Results. The nature of the changes of humus status, agrochemical and physicochemical properties of chernozems under the effect of long-term application of fertilizers, different tillage systems, indiscriminate use of livestock waste and municipal sewage sludge application were established. The complex of technological measures (optimization of dose, timing, methods of fertilizer application), which prevents the possibility of degradation processes in soils was developed, methods of management of soil humus transformation that lead to carbon sequestration under the agrogenic impact with different intensity were proposed. The economic effect is 60-75 UAH / ha. Novelty - there are no analogues in Ukraine. The developed complex of technological measures has advantages over others because it allows to manage an accumulation and transformation of soil organic matter, which contributes to its stabilization with increasing of carbon sequestration processes.
