Purpose - determine the optimal norms of mineral fertilizers for spring barley and winter wheat for forecastable harvest in a High Left-Bank Forest-Steppe Zone of Ukraine. Methods - field, laboratory, mathematical-statistical, comparative calculation. Results - resource-saving methodic advantages of determining the fertilizers norm under the forecastable harvest of spring barley are proved compared to the carrying balance and balance-corrected methodics; the importance of optimizing the nitrogen nutrition of plants of spring barley in the third stage of ontogenesis is substantiated; the possibility of transfer the part of the nitrogen spring rate to late autumn or even winter is established; the basic principles of development of the fertilization system under the forecastable grain harvest are shown; recommendations "Scientific support of agrochemical providing in modern technologies of growing grain crops" is prepared. Novelty - elements of resource-saving methodic of determining the fertilizers norm under the forecastable grain harvest are protected by a patent UA №93857. Efficiency - the fertilization system of spring barley, developed according to resource-saving methodic, to provide the grain yield 4,59 t/ha and 5,02 t/ha with conventionally a net profit 1319 - 1491 UAH/ha.
