The purpose of the research - to improve methods of processing organic wastes into complex organic and organo-mineral fertilizers and plant growth stimulators and to develop agricultural technologies of restoration of soil fertility by local raw materials. Methods of the research - field, modeling and technological experiments, laboratory and analytical methods. Results.Technologies of the processing of local raw materials into fertilizers and stimulants were improved. Agricultural technologies for improving soil fertility and crop productivity were developed, which consist in optimization of doses, methods and timing of application of fertilizers with a certain ratio of nutrients. The economic effect of the basic fertilizer application is 1090 UAH / ha, of preplant application - 670 UAH / ha, of foliar application of stimulators - 320 UAH / ha. Novelty - there is no analogues in Ukraine. Technologies of new fertilizers production have advantages over others because of the process of humic acid extracting from organic materials increases growth-stimulating effect and allows to obtain organic compounds with different biological activity.
