In first time have been calculated of molecular orbitals diagram, electron density distribution of HOMO and LUMO states of clusters As(Ge)nSm, reflecting the electronic structure of glasses GeS2 and As2S3 a clustered approach and a model of pseudogap and the density of localized states (E) p-GeS2 (E03.2 eV) and As2S3 (E02.4 eV) . For AsxGeS2 glasses at x> 7 except basic structural component the new nanoclusters based on the structural units (s.u.) SGe3 / 3 appeared . Such s.u . leads to the formation of states below the bottom of the conduction band which is accompanied with increasing of the density of states in the bandgap and growing of nonlinear optical absorption.
