There are several developed methods as a result of the generalized pulse forming concept in MSG and MSC structural nodes. Specifically: the node-by-node pulses forming method for MSG and MSC, efficient MSP devices building concept, the distributive and reconfigurable structures power electronics devices theory elements. The scientific and the technical factors for the MSP devices improving based on using of new physical functioning regularities for the devices nodes and switches are determined and summarized. The five HV magnetic-semiconductor generators practical schemes are developed and retrofitted with the following main parameters: high-voltage (10 ... 30) kV, current up to 300 A, pulse duration (70 ... 120) ns.
