Subject of research: especially the relationship "therapist-client" in the socio-cultural environment, characterized by crisis, traumatic circumstances. Objective: to determine the conditions of formation, characteristics and patterns of development of relations, "the therapist-client" in crisis, stressful circumstances and find effective forms of relations in the pattern during psychotherapeutic assistance to various categories of victims. Methods: theoretical analysis of the literature; comparative analysis; psychodiagnostic methods; Focus group research; analysis of cases from his own practice of counseling and psychotherapy; supervizionny reflexive analysis. On the basis of theoretical and methodological analysis of the problem developed conceptual apparatus: to determine the system of concepts, which allows to describe the therapeutic relationship in the context of the crisis, stressful circumstances; outlines the general terms and conditions, principles and means of building research aimed at clarifying the characteristics and patterns of development of relations, "the therapist-client" psychological help to different categories of victims.
