The subject of examination presents to us especially as the reconstruction of socio-economic, educational and church-confessional processes in the South of Ukraine in chronological lines of the late century -IX beginning of the XXI century. First of all, given the socio-cut historical scientific picture of the families of scientists historians traced the avant-garde tendencies in art education in the region, prepared socio-economic and socio-religious components of the history of World War II in the southern region of Ukraine. The subjects were examined in the area of-legal and socio-political realities in the context of Ukrainian society and European integration; discovered basic tools and steps in harmonization of national and european law. Also traced traditional and innovative methods of teaching and monitoring of bi- and polylinguistics space of southern Ukraine, especially the formation of grammatical units languages propriului elements lexical systems in prose works, defines modern lines forming intercultural competence of foreign students. Synthesized approach in the proposed state budgetary work that lie on a broad, diversified reservoir of historical, legal and linguistic-literary sources and modern methods, broad historiographical analysis unit Ukrainian and foreign scientific literature, contributed to put all project participants impartial, objective and synthesized amount of knowledge to promote the pragmatic use of them as in the scientific sense and social area. The results of scientific results for 2015 shown in 2 (12.5 pp) collective monographs, 34 (10.7 pp) scientific and journalistic articles published in journals and collections of scientific conferences.
