Towards the direction "Institutional factors of the market environment development": For the first time: - is proposed the methodological approach to overcome the asymmetry of the business sector, based on the transition from so-called "bureaucratic" (rigidly hierarchical) methodologies to public administration service, quality services in the shortest possible time at minimum cost, elimination of administrative barriers and informal restrictions of enterprise activity and stimulation of entrepreneurial networks creation in so-called points of growth based on partnership between the state and business. Improved: - strategic guidelines of the Roadmap state credit and financial support domestic business in the context of increasing the availability of business entities funding and thereby were proposed key indicators of the Roadmap by generalization of international instruments for estimation of the financing availability level; - methodical approach to overcoming of sectoral structure's deformations in the business sector of Ukraine, based on the research of development tendencies and branch structure structural shifts and proposals for evening-out of action of organizational&legal, social&economic factors disproportionately; - conceptual scheme of the mechanism of overcoming disparities in development of innovation activities in entrepreneurial sector of Ukraine's economy, which includes evaluation and analysis of reproduction, technical&technological, manufacturing and marketing, organizational, investment and innovation, social, structural&sectoral disproportions and governance of innovative activity for entrepreneurial sector's activation. Received further development: - methodological approach to preventing disbalances of institutional environment of entrepreneurship development associated with the effects of administrative barriers and restrictions of the informal business activity that differs due implementation of the mechanism for analysis of regulatory impact on competition; - directions to overcome deformations in the sectoral structure of entrepreneurial sector in Ukraine with due regard to certain tendencies and structural shifts by dint of evening out the actions of factors organizational&legal, social&economic disproportions; - directions to overcome (elimination) disparities in the development of innovation-active entrepreneurial sector with regard to certain tendencies and problems of innovation activity in the business sector of Ukraine, which consist in development of the concept and the program of domestic structural modernization in accordance with the requirements of the "new economy", the development of education, science and innovation and promotion of entrepreneurial activities in order to ensure innovative capacity.
